What is Zabalatte?
Zabalatte is a "Better for You" all natural milk specialty drink made with
25% more protein, 25% more vitamin D, plus Omega 3's than an 8 oz. serving of plain milk.
Zabalatte was inspired by my own experience growing up in a newly immigrated family from Italy during the 1960’s and its origin lies in an Italian traditional family recipe.
